1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 8s88 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the 8s88 online gaming platform, accessible at 8s88.app and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and progressive web application features.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative text. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not override the English original and carries no legal weight in the event of a dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms, together with any specific promotion terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 8s88 with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the 8s88 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

- Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily registered for a self-exclusion programme on 8s88 or on any other gambling platform that extends to 8s88. Players under active self-exclusion who create new accounts are in breach of these Terms.
- Not an 8s88 employee: Employees of 8s88, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and direct contractors, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
- Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on 8s88. Only one account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted.

You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm your date of birth before real-money withdrawals are enabled on your account.
18+ Only — Strict Enforcement: 8s88 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all pending withdrawals frozen pending completion of the age verification process. Any deposits made by a player subsequently confirmed to be underage will be returned minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your payment method, or a phone number registered to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.
8s88 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000, or at any time where 8s88's fraud-detection systems flag unusual activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 8s88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher deposit amounts may trigger additional KYC requirements.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This same-method withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within one to four hours. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM BST will be processed on the following business day.
8s88 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 8s88's control and for which 8s88 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the associated account being suspended pending investigation.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your mobile financial service provider or bank in respect of a completed deposit to 8s88 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8s88 will suspend the account immediately upon receiving notice of a chargeback and will pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all available legal remedies. Players are required to contact 8s88 support first to resolve any payment dispute before involving their payment provider.
Player account balances that remain inactive — defined as no login activity — for a continuous period of 12 months will be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will receive email notice 30 days before inactivity fees commence.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
8s88 offers promotional bonuses to both new and returning players from time to time. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins awards, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards — are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus funds or any winnings generated from them may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal is permitted).
8s88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time the change takes effect. Bonuses that have not yet been credited may be withdrawn without any obligation to the player.
8s88 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free wagers with the intent of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 8s88 reserves the right to void the bonus, void all winnings generated from the bonus, and close the account permanently.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses credited to a player's account expire 30 calendar days after the date of credit. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining on the account at the point of expiry will be forfeited without notice. The expiry period applies from the date the bonus is credited to the account, not from the date the player first uses the bonus funds.
Not all games on 8s88 contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack contribute at a reduced rate. Crash games including Spribe Aviator may have varying contribution rates depending on the promotion.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on 8s88, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and to comply at all times with these Terms, any specific game or promotion rules, and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or any deceptive means to fund an account or claim winnings.
- Money laundering: Using 8s88 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 8s88 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required by law.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live casino table games where player interaction affects outcomes.
- Use of prohibited software: Running bots, automated betting scripts, odds-manipulation software, or any tool that interacts with the 8s88 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software errors: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the platform. Any winnings generated through a known software error are not payable and will be reversed.
- Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at 8s88 staff or other players via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
- Unauthorised commercial use: Reproducing, republishing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 8s88 platform without express written permission from 8s88.
8s88 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, suspend accounts, and pursue legal action in response to any of the above prohibited conduct. The severity of the response will be proportionate to the nature and scale of the breach.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
8s88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, or that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Players may also voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 8s88 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining on the account (after deducting any bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 7 days and 6 months, or a permanent exclusion with no option to reopen the account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Any balance on a self-excluded account will be held securely and returned upon expiry of a temporary exclusion, or upon application following a permanent exclusion where the player can demonstrate the exclusion was sought in error.
Where an account is suspended or closed while sports bets or casino rounds remain unsettled, 8s88 will settle those bets in the normal course. If the outcome results in a win, the winnings will be added to the player's balance and returned per the standard process. If the outcome results in a loss, no further obligation arises. 8s88 will not void settled results solely on the grounds that the account was subsequently closed.
8. Limitation of Liability
8s88 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of technical errors, outages, delays, or interruptions at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8s88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to platform outages, loss of data, or interruptions to live betting markets caused by events outside 8s88's reasonable control.
8s88 is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or continuity of the internet or mobile data connection you use to access the platform. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and other regions across Bangladesh are advised to ensure a stable connection before commencing live casino sessions or in-play cricket betting, as connection failures mid-game are the responsibility of the player's network provider.
Nothing in this clause limits 8s88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gambling involves financial risk. All real-money wagers placed on 8s88 carry the risk of financial loss. 8s88 does not guarantee any return on any wager.
